Headline CPI series correspond to annual variation rates.
Headline CPI, for the period 1929 - 2009, uses series spliced by the INE 1928-2009 (base December 2008 = 100). For the period 2010 to 2013, it corresponds to the INE series, base year 2009=100. Since 2014 the current referential series of the INE, base year 2013=100, is used. Source: National Statistics Institute (INE).
